Coupling Cloud Point Extraction to Atomic Spectrometric Methods for Separation, Preconcentration and Speciation of Metals
Abstrakt
The purpose of this article is to offer an overview of the use of cloud point extraction (CPE) in separation, preconcentration and speciation of metals prior to their determination by atomic spectrometric methods. This review also presents theoretical background and a guide for optimization of CPE. Main attention is paid to hyphenation of CPE to flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS), electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).Stahování
