Abstrakt

A brief survey of sweet non-saccharide natural compounds aims to show their importance and to contribute to the knowledge of the biodiversity of secondary metabolites, which can be utilized in food and pharmaceutical industry. The beauty and biodiversity of the compounds are illustrated.
