Three-dimensional Fluorescence Spectra - A Resolvable Problem also with Old Instruments
Abstrakt
The possibility of obtaining fluorescence spectra in the form of three-dimensional graphs after modification of an old spectral fluorimeter is described. A Perkin-Elmer model 3000 instrument was innovated to provide, through a hardware interface, the direct output of measured spectral quantities into a computer, where they are worked up, using a special program Spektro, in the shape of three-dimensional graphs or spectral contour maps. By this modification, the instruments achieve several parameters of the latest superior spectrofluorimeters.Stahování
