Abstract

This study is focused on the development of solid-phase extraction (SPE) of some acid drug residues from water environment. The target drugs are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - salicylic acid, diclophenac, ibuprophen, ketoprophen, naproxen and acetaminophen. The extraction efficiency of SPE was evaluated by capillary zone electrophoresis of the above drugs in SPE effluents. Methods are developed for determination of residues of selected drugs and similar compounds in real samples of water.
