Visible Photoluminescence of Silicon-Based Materials
Abstract
This review presents principal properties of silicon materials leading to observation of visible photoluminescence. Basic physical background for explanation of photoluminescence from crystalline, amorphous and nanocrystalline silicon is introduced with the emphasis placed on the photoluminescence behavior of silicon nanomaterials.Downloads
