Methods of Study of Protein - Protein Interactions
Abstract
The knowledge of the pattern and mechanism of protein - protein interactions helps in elucidation, on the molecular basis, of functioning of living organisms as well as in understanding cellular processes and functions. This review summarizes the widely used biochemical methods, from the oldest (but still powerful) to the most recent techniques, for identification and characterization of novel protein - protein interactions.Downloads
