Abstract

The selection of suitable extraction conditions for antioxidants from plant material is crucial. In consequence of various nature of active compounds in different plant materials, the extraction conditions cannot be generalized. The objective of this study was to optimize the extraction conditions of buckwheat phenolics using the results of an experimental design method.
