Proteomics in Molecular Toxicology: Identification of Potential Early Protein Biomarkers for Hepatocarcinogenicity in Rats
Abstract
Modern proteomics technology was used for identification of protein biomarkers for hepatocarcinogenicity. It replaced currently used methods for the studies of toxic effects of drug candidates. The detection of new biomolecular markers can shorten future studies.Downloads
