Abstract

This review provides an overview of electrophoretic techniques used for the determination of the binding parameters such as the binding constant and the number of binding sites. Various approaches based on CE are described. It focuses on the experimental arrangement of methods and on possible results obtained by them. Emphasis is laid also on the advantages of CE and the comparison of individual approaches.
