Abstract

An analytical method was developed for the determination of methylmercury content in fish muscles. Methylmercury was isolated using SPE and determined by HPLC with UV detection. The method can be used for samples with higher methylmercury content. Detection limit was 26 µg·kg-1 using 10 g of a sample.
