Abstract

Basic spectrochemical properties of radiofrequency plasma jet, a new plasma source, were studied. The plasma jet construction provided for stability of discharge. The behaviour of discharge in dependence on the plasma gas flow and the generator energy output was studied. Spectra of selected elements and their calibration dependence were studied with two generators (27.12 and 13.56 MHz).
