Abstract

The proposed simple method is based on the utilization of capillary zone electrophoresis and is suitable for the analytical evaluation of acridine derivatives. Optimum experimental conditions were found ensuring satisfactory resolution of the studied compounds and their impurities. The described assay proved to be sufficiently sensitive and suitable for the rapid identification of analyzed substances and evaluation of their purity.
