Abstract

A sensitive and reliable method is proposed allowing quantification of isoprostanes in salmon tissue using ultra-HPLC coupled to tandem MS. Solid phase extraction is used for sample concentration and purification. Repeatability, linearity, limits of detection and quantification were assessed by validation.
