Immunomagnetic separation of pathogenic microorganisms opens new prospects of rapid and precise diagnosis. We focused our attention to separation of Staphylococcus aureus using paramagnetic particles as well as differential pulse voltammetry of Zn2+ in the Zn-treated bacteria.
